Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of IWORLD US APPS, including Friday and other applications that identify these terms as their terms of service (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Lee & Gen Global Corp. ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these terms before using the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account.
Using the Services
The Services provide productivity and collaboration features, which may include task management, calendars, documents, email, meeting content, and AI assistance. Features vary by application and by the integrations you enable. Subject to these terms, we permit you to use the Services for their intended purposes.
You must use the Services lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not misuse credentials, access accounts or information without permission, send unlawful or abusive content, distribute malware, disrupt the Services, or attempt to circumvent access controls. You must have any permissions required to upload, share, record, transcribe, or process content, including appropriate notice and consent from meeting participants where required.
Connected accounts and third-party services
You choose whether to connect Google or other supported services. When you connect an account, you authorize the relevant application to access information and perform supported actions within the permissions you grant and the features you enable or request. Actions may include synchronizing calendar events, importing documents or transcripts, editing files, or preparing and sending email.
You can disconnect integrations in the application or revoke authorization through the connected provider. Providers may expire or revoke authorization, change their services, impose usage limits, or require you to reconnect. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services. Their own terms also apply.
Your content and workspace sharing
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us permission to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and process that content only as needed to operate the Services, carry out your instructions, and meet applicable legal obligations, consistent with our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for choosing appropriate sharing permissions. Content shared in a workspace may be accessible to its members or administrators according to the application's permissions. Imported or shared copies may remain after you disconnect an external account.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features may process relevant content through service providers to produce summaries, suggestions, or other output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review output and proposed actions before relying on them or using them in consequential decisions. You remain responsible for actions you approve and for ensuring your use of output respects applicable law and third-party rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and connected-service data, including Google user data. These terms do not authorize data uses beyond those disclosed in that policy and the permissions you grant.
Fees and separate agreements
These terms do not themselves enroll you in a paid plan or authorize a charge. If we offer paid features, applicable prices, billing terms, and cancellation conditions will be presented separately before purchase. A separately agreed written contract may provide additional terms for your organization; it controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these terms.
Our intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the Services, including their software, branding, and design, apart from your content and third-party materials. These terms grant only the permission to use the Services described above. You may not use our trademarks in a way that suggests an unauthorized endorsement or affiliation.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features. Maintenance, technical problems, or third-party changes may interrupt service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation that substantially affects your use. Keep independent copies of important information.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the Services at any time, disconnect integrations, and request account deletion by contacting us. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, protect users or systems, or comply with law. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Data handling after account closure is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all output will be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Questions and disputes
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, or restrict any right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the Services change. We will post the updated terms with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required by law. Changes will not apply retroactively. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may stop using the Services.
